RadioactiveWasteAlert.Org organizers and additional local Organizations will discuss what is currently happening, what is being done to address the issue, and what needs to be done to protect our Water Supply from the Radioactive Toxic Frack Waste Stream coming into our Municipal Landfills from the horizontal hydrofracking industry.
Information and Discussion on the future of safe drinking water for the greater Columbus Metropolitan area.
Demand that the Ohio EPA rescind Ohio Soil Recycling Company's Permit to process and repurpose Radioactive Frack Waste in the Columbus location and all prospective locations in Ohio.
Demand that all radioactive Fracking Waste be disposed of only in facilities meeting Federal low-level radioactive waste disposal requirements.
Demand that All Radioactive Toxic Frack Waste Disposal be Banned in Ohio.
Insist that your Representative and Senator support the newly introduced legislation: To prohibit land application and deep well injection of brine, to prohibit the conversion of wells, and to eliminate the injection fee that is levied under the Oil and Gas Law.
